Today, U.S. Sen. David Vitter (R-La.) issued a statement following the announcement of Jeffrey Vitter, Ph.D and Sen. Vitter's brother, to be the new Chancellor of the University of Mississippi.

"We're so proud of and excited for Jeffrey and Sharon. At the same time, I'm reminded of his tormenting me as my older brother growing up. So there's going to be payback every time the Tigers whoop Ole Miss in the SEC!" said Vitter.
